Need a new routine? Hit a climbing plateau? The 3-2-1 Training Series is an intense, 6-week program that will help you break out of your rut and crush like never before. With this program, you’ll meet with Jordan once a week to receive a workout plan based on your specific climbing abilities. You’ll be coached on how each workout is done, as well as what NOT to do so you can avoid injury. You’ll then complete your workouts during the week at your convenience..
At the end of the program, we’ll offer a discounted-rate guided trip so you can take your improved strength, endurance, and skill outdoors.

It’s been said before that climbing is like vertical yoga, and at Hoosier Heights, we think the two activities compliment each other perfectly. With our new weekly yoga classes, you can discover for yourself the benefits of yoga - increased flexibility, muscle tone, and endurance - both on and off the crag.
Classes are taught by instructor Carly Rasner, who has passionately devoted her life to the study and practice of yoga. She has created both a beginner-level slow flow class and a slightly more challenging Vinyasa flow class, which allows everyone can see what yoga has to offer, regardless of experience.
- Slow Flow: Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 6 PM
- Vinyasa Flow: Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 7:30 PM
- Cost: $5 for members, $8 for non-members
- Yoga mat rental available for $2
- Classes start promptly - please plan to arrive five minutes early
